Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes
We will make every effort to accommodate changes to delivery addresses after an order has been placed; however, we cannot guarantee that modifications will be possible.

- Upon request, we may be able to ship to P.O. boxes depending on carrier availability.
Insurance and Protection
We advise all customers to insure packages with our Route Protection Service. If you choose not to do so, please assume all responsibility for any loss, theft, or damage of your products.
International Orders
Cera Zaela offers worldwide international shipping through Passport, our trusted third-party shipping provider. Passport collaborates with local shipping partners to ensure secure and timely delivery.

Tracking Your Order
Upon dispatch, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. You can track your shipment directly on the carrier’s website using the provided details. Cera Zaela is not responsible for carrier delays once the package leaves our facility.
